  1. Wow, I was just perusing your blog and many of your posts, and I really like it. Very clean living and eating. I love how your kids respond so well to healthy eating. Down below you have a post on quesadillas, and I’ve never seen such a creative way to prepare the tortillas. My kids probably would have a hard time with the peppers, but kudos to yours!

      My kids like their peppers raw and not on their quesadillas but I am not complaining about that!! LOL
