Unprocess Me!!!!!

I am so excited to announce that

Color Wheel Meals

will be hosting a whole food challenge starting

May 9th

There are so many diets out there and so many health and nutrition books claiming to have the RIGHT information on how to eat or how not to eat. Β So much of the information is contradicting and when you try to sort through it all it is overwhelming and complicated!!

Believe me, I have tried!!!!

I have found that it doesn’t have to be hard, extreme, complicated, or even difficult to follow….

it’s really a matter of less processed foods and more whole, natural foods…..

isn’t that how our bodies were originally designed???

Take a look at this picture….one side is what the average persons diet looks like each day.

Chips, donuts, popcorn, candy, soda pop, and fried foods……these are processed foods….the other side is filled with foods that have been grown and contain nutrients that fuel our bodies.

Can you for just 7 days go without all of the processed food and see what it would feel like to go

With this challenge I hope to share with you some really delicious, healthy and easy recipes that are made with whole foods. Β After the 7 days I hope that you will be able to incorporate some or all of the recipes into your life however you see fit.

Also, besides all of the recipes you will receive during the challenge you will receive 2 of my Ebooks as

Color Wheel Meals Recipe Manual

30 Days of Green Smoothies

This is a $20 value!!!

Don’t miss out on this one……..join us in this opportunity!

  1. Hi Samantha!

Thanks for inviting me to your Blog…it’s so nice seeing you here too. πŸ™‚

I read your story, KUDO’s on transitioning over to a healthier diet. You know, everything happens for a reason & your family had to go through a lot of suffering,
along with MAJOR worry I bet…BUT, once the war inside
is over, balance is restored & you head down a new path.

    Keep up the great work!!

Have a highly inspired day…your tribal friend Steven Suchar

PS…High5 on 13 years of marriage too. πŸ™‚

  2. I think I am going to do this. I have hypothyroidism and I’ve been researching how to maintain it without medication. Processed foods is a huge problem and needs to be eliminated in order to regulate the thyroid. My question would be, does this include meat? Are the meals time consuming to make?

    • Hi Leza,
The challenge does not include meat-however, if you need to add it in once a day or every couple days for during the challenge you could. Most of the meals are very simple and none of them will take any longer than a regular meal would to prep.

  3. What an awesome challenge!!

It’s such an easy transition to make too…It just takes some time and willingness to put the effort in!!

And lets face it, I FEEL so much better when I know what I am putting into my body AND I can pronounce the ingredients!!

    • Thanks!! I am hoping that this will help people with transitioning to more whole foods in their diets!! Yes, I always feel so much better knowing what my food is made from!

  5. This is an interesting challenge, rawkinmom. You put up amazingly good contents and exciting ways that make unprocessed food as interesting as processed food.

I took a similar challenge (but for over a month) when I suffered from oesophagal acid reflux, and it worked great towards my 100% healing.

  6. I found you from Stella’s blog. I love this idea of eating healthy it’s just that my life is so hectic.. well, I work odd hours, and eat horrible. Any ideas on how to add more water to my day if I hate just water?
